The drama is beautifully directed by Lee Haven Jones in a manner that grabs the viewer’s attention and keeps surprising them. The script blends fact and fiction in a fusion that experiments with genre and form. The drama is groundbreaking because it is the first time a Welsh speaking black woman has taken the lead role in a screen drama and does this provocatively in order to provoke debate about how Welsh culture has evolved over the last 40 years
