Inspired by Indigenous producer Eddie Betts’ picture books, this indigenous-led series set in an urban playground reflects the very real, beautiful diversity of Australia’s playgrounds. The group of rag-tag friends all show acceptance, empathy, leadership, and proactive problem-solving. The team of producers wanted kids to see themselves, their culture, and their inner-city neighbourhoods reflected on screen. To ensure authentic representation, they gathered a diverse team of creatives to collaborate on the series, including First Nations writers, actors, musicians, rap artists, and animators.
