Told first-hand by survivors from across the globe, in raw and personal accounts of the disaster filmed exclusively for this production in the UK, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, & France. The film follows survivors retracing their steps in Asia for the first time and reflecting on the decades since the tragedy. Focuses on the resilience of survivors and the rebuilding of lives and communities affected. Exploration of warning system failures and future tsunami risks due to rising sea levels and climate change.
