- Best Performance in a Comedy

Y Llegaron de Noche is a comedic romp set in 1930s Hollywood, starring Mexican legend Eugenio Derbez as the actor playing Dracula and American icon Jason Alexander as studio head Carl Laemmle Sr. With the silent era over, Hollywood faces a new crisis—foreign audiences can no longer enjoy films with universal appeal. Laemmle hatches a wild solution: shoot movies twice, once in English by day and again in Spanish by night, starting with Dracula. While Carl Jr. fumbles the English version with Bela Lugosi, ace producer Paul Kohner is stuck with a chaotic crew: a washed-up diva (Derbez), a timid interpreter, a gambling-addict director, a drunk song-and-dance man, a closeted theater actor, a Santería-obsessed Cuban, a talentless Argentine playboy, and a starlet desperate for her break. Inspired by true events, the series follows Kohner’s scrappy team as they battle curses, egos, and bill collectors to prove their Dracula en Español can outshine the American original.
