The Spoils premiered at the Munich International Film Festival in 2024 and has gone on to play more than 20 film festivals around the world. The film has been covered/ reviewed in The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Rheinische Post, The Art Newspaper and many more. Original Cin said the film “shines a bright light on the tortuous business of returning stolen Nazi art to its rightful owners.” The film is represented by Blue Ant International and an American theatrical release is in the works.
