This series was filmed in the height of the pandemic April to June 2020 and all virtually! In order to meet our goal to portray diverse stories, we undertook an extensive casting search. Each featured child was teamed up with a creative producer from Lopii Productions who worked with them via video calls to share their story, capture footage of their life and put it all together. We wanted to create a series for kids that is honest and deals with the authentic emotions that children across the world are feeling. We handed kids the reins to tell their own stories with the hope of helping kids who watch.
