Detention Adventure is the first youth program commissioned by CBC Gem, featuring a talented and inclusive cast and crew. Thematically drawing on nostalgic elements from great youth-based adventure stories from the 90s, the series appeals to both children and parents alike. The second season of Detention Adventure follows three high-achieving friends and their new ally, the former school bully on the hunt for the loss treasure of a famous Brantford local, Ignatius Cockshutt. Along with a new retro-obsessed student, the Detention Adventure gang must unfold a new mystery diving deep into the muddy history of their town. Detention Adventure is now available on CBC Gem in Canada and HBO Max in the USA.
