- Sports Documentary

Bruno V Tyson is a feature doc that examines an unprecedented moment in sports history: two nights on which the country stood still to watch the incredibly brave, but ultimately hopeless Frank Bruno face the scariest fighter ever to grace the boxing ring. 24 years on, Workerbee signed the pair up to reunite to talk about their personal journey, their battles with mental health issues, and to see if the old foes could still be friends. It resulted in a project that entertained fans and non-fans of the sport alike, taking them back to the nostalgic hey days of the late eighties and nineties and exploring key themes of rivalry, corruption, exploitation, and racism. Bruno V Tyson is Sky Documentaries highest rated original documentary ever. the film sought to explore the treatment of black athletes in boxing. It set out to compare the way Frank Bruno was adopted and adored by white Britain, despite a number of significant loses in his career.
