The Emmy-winning series, Stanley Tucci: Searching For Italy, is a celebration of Italian food, culture and history but most importantly the Italian people. And by "Italian people" we mean that in its fullest form. Italy is a multi-cultural, diverse and modern nation, brimming with influences from around the globe. In this series, we demonstrate that Italian food and culture has always been influenced by people arriving on it's shores from Arab bringing durum wheat, to Greeks bringing wine. Now new cultures are celebrated, and we see Tucci meeting people from Nigeria, Serbia and Japan who add their own spin to the tapestry of Italian cuisine.
