Comments included: New Idea “The most ground-breaking documentary of 2022” TV Week “Powerful and important” The West Australian “This bold experiment could change the country” The series reached 750,000 viewers nationally, with polls signifying more than 70% of the audience took some kind of action as a result of viewing Life On The Outside. 93% of those polled said that the series helped them understand what it’s like to try and resume a normal life after prison. All 3 episodes were in the Top Ten most watched factual programmes for 2022.
