After a nearly 4-year hiatus, Atlanta returned with two seasons of timely and impactful stories to solidify the series on Top 10 lists across the internet, including Rolling Stone’s Top 10 Shows of All Time & TIME’s Top 10 Shows of 2022. Season 3 takes place entirely in Europe in the midst of a successful European tour, as the group navigates their new surroundings as outsiders, and struggle to adjust to the newfound success they had aspired to. Season 4 finds “Earn” (Donald Glover), “Alfred ‘Paper Boi’ Miles” (Brian Tyree Henry), “Darius” (LaKeith Stanfield) and “Van” (Zazie Beetz) returning to their hometown of Atlanta. But the question is, has Atlanta changed, or have they? These seasons have received three Emmy Award nominations, including Donald Glover’s nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and Hiro Murai’s nomination for Directing for a Comedy Series.
