Sort Your Life Out sees Stacey Solomon and her gang – organizer Dilly, carpenter Rob and cleaner Iwan – challenge six families to sort their lives out in 7 days, by letting go of half their possessions. The team then beautifully reorganise each home with a budget friendly makeover and upcycling what they already have. At its heart, this is a series about the emotional significance we give to things and the freedom that can come from letting go of what you don’t need. It’s also a stunning visual portrait of an ultra-consumerist age where average families’ own enough stuff to fill a football pitch, and a celebration of resourcefulness and creativity as people’s homes are transformed in the process.
