Cracka’s been given one last chance to prove he’s not the screw-up everyone thinks he is. A year sober, he takes his thirteen-year-old son Sonny to remote Seal Pot Island for the annual yula (muttonbird) season... part bonding trip, part cultural reboot. But Sonny’s never been here before, and this rugged world of wind, blood, and tradition isn’t what he expected. When he refuses to take part in the hunt, things unravel fast.
